Join Chef Gill in this hands-on cooking class where you'll learn firsthand French cuisine knowledge and be transported straight to Paris via these delectable French delights. Learn to handle savory ingredients with classic French techniques that create traditional flavors.

Begin with Gruyère cheese canapés, followed by chicken coq au vin — a classic French stew — prepared with red wine, bacon and mushrooms. This unforgettable meal ends with a fool-proof, perfectly sweet apple tarte tatin and the skills to recreate it all.

Chef Gill was fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. He is an amazing teacher and kept us engaged throughout the entire class.
