What You'll Do
Spend your next date night learning the art of pasta-making in this hands-on class.
Take your date out on a culinary adventure by working together to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch in this interactive cooking class. Chef ShaSha will be your guide as you navigate these delicious and exciting recipes.
First, you'll prep the puff pastry and fill it with cheese and smoked salmon. Then, Chef ShaSha will teach you how to make homemade ravioli pasta from scratch, topped with steamed asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. For dessert, whip up creamy, airy and rich dark chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef ShaSha is such a delight! I booked this experience for my boyfriend’s birthday since he loves Italian food and has always wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch. A few days prior to the event, Chef ShaSha called me and we chatted about the menu. Unfortunately her new ravioli maker hadn’t come in yet so we decided to pivot to making Pappardelle pasta with a red sauce instead. The morning of, she arrived early and brought all necessary items we needed (fresh and prepped ingredients, a pasta roller, etc). She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history behind our food items, given her culinary background and education, and very patient and flexible with us. I really enjoyed how hands-on we got to be. We aren’t the most outgoing people but Chef ShaSha immediately broke the ice and brought so much fun and laughter to the experience. Our food turned out amazing with her help, and most importantly my boyfriend loved the entire event. Can’t speak highly of her enough; would definitely recommend booking!

My husband received this fantastic experience for a birthday gift from our daughter. Chef ShaSha is passionate about cooking and teaching. She is very personable and made the experience a lot of fun. The food we cooked was made with only quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this experience with Chef ShaSha for any occasion!

Wow! Chef Shasha really knows her stuff. She is so kind, so patient, so courteous, so thorough, so knowledgeable!! She deftly navigated my small kitchen and helped us prepare some of the most delicious ravioli I’ve ever had. Everything was from scratch. She even made HOMEMADE RICOTTA for our dish! The food she brought was all organic and very high quality. She modified the recipes as we needed and even suggested more options for the next time. I really enjoyed this event and highly recommend Chef Shasha! I can’t wait to try homemade pasta on my own and use my new skills. :) 10 out of 10!

Chef ShaSha was amazing! She was kind and patient with the kiddos and made the entire experience very enjoyable for all of use. The kids learned how to make bruschetta, fettuccini and angel hair pasta and to top it all off made the most delicious ginger bread cookies. Wonderful experience!

We had an amazing time with chef ShaSha! She was very knowledgeable, sharing with us tips and tricks from her years of experience while also teaching us about the cuisine we were making. She asked what our preferences were before we started; if we wanted to be more hands on or hands off with the cooking and if we wanted any advice/input on our technique as we went. This helped curate an environment that made us comfortable and suited us best. Not only is chef ShaSha knowledgable, but she is fun and enjoyable to converse with. We had so much fun and would absolutely cook with her again! Thank you chef!

Chef Sha Sha came to my house to teach us ladies how to make Bruschetta, Cannoli, and ravioli with tomato sauce (yum!!) from scratch. This was a birthday shindig. There were 5 of us. I have a small kitchen, but she was flexible with the workflow and made it happen. She stayed over the scheduled 3hr time because she took her time with each of us on the pasta machine. She's very patient, thorough, attention to detail, and ensured each of us was hands. She even quizzed us throughout. :) Chef explained the whys, the hows, the don'ts, and suggested options and alternatives. She is so personable and pleasant; good times! It really was a fun and unique experience. Our food came out picture perfect and sooo tasty! We highly recommend Chef Sha Sha for any cooking lessons.

We had ShaSha over to our home to teach my daughter and her friend how to make fresh homemade pasta and panna cotta. The girls loved learning the tips and tricks ShaSha included with her lessons that I know they will remember as they venture onto cooking for from-scratch dishes. ShaSha was lovely and personable and we'd definitely work with her again. And we can't forget the food - so incredible delicious!

We had a great afternoon baking Italian desserts with Shasha. Everything turned out delicious and it was great to learn some new reciepes and try out some items I might have never thought to try. This was a celebration for the 16 year old who is finding a love for baking. An enjoyable afternoon and amazing guidance from Shasha, highly recommend and will plan for another event or date night.

From the laughs to the detailed explanations on pasta making were endless. I’m so grateful we got to have this experience with such an intelligent passionate chef! This in-home experience exceeded expectations. Chef ShaSha exudes professionalism and industry knowledge. She was amazing and very patient with our 6 year old that joined in on the fun of making homemade pasta.
The food turned out amazing and my wife and I learned so much about how pasta should taste versus what we were used to.
We cannot recommend enough both this course and Chef ShaSha! Another class is definitely in our future!

Amazing! Incredible! ShaSha came with high quality products, ingredients, and very well prepared! She created a relaxed fun atmosphere for my husband and I and our 3 daughters. Everyone was involved and was able to participate when wanted to. She demonstrated some fun techniques and was available for questions. My husband who loves to make everything from scratch and hopes one day to learn Italian cooking in Italy, was able to learn many tips and tricks and techniques he's been curious about for awhile! the Bruschetta, Ravioli, and Panocotta tasted incredible!! We had a blast and it was the perfect birthday gift experience for him! Thank you ShaSha!!

This experience for my son’s tenth birthday was AMAZING with Chef Shasha. He’s an aspiring chef so she gave him and his friends some fun, valuable culinary knowledge! And the meal prepared turned out amazing! Panna cotta, antipasto kabobs and pasta Alfredo…literally chef’s kiss! The kids had a great time, I picked up some tips as well and we can’t wait to put our new skills to the test! Highly recommend working with Chef Shasha!!

We just had Chef Sha Sha come to our home to do a pasta dinner with our 16 year old grandson for his birthday and my husband. They had an amazing time. They learned lots. We will definitely do you chef Sha Sha again. She was so nice and my grandson is very shy and she made him feel very comfortable. He told me he had a lot of fun. My husband, 15-yr old daughter, and I had a great experience with Chef ShaSha. We chose the pasta-making experience at our home, for which Chef ShaSha prepared all ingredients (all fresh), including freshly made tomato sauce. She not only instructed us on technique, she helped us understand why foods are prepared in a certain manner--and even stored in a certain way. She was fun, patient, and overall great to learn from. We all really enjoyed our cooking session with her. I highly recommend taking a class from her.

Chef Shasha came to our house to make raviolis. She made cooking pastas look so easy and with an amazing results. We made raviolis, bruschetta and panna cotta everything tastes so good! All the ingredients she brought were top qualities and ready to use. She explained every steps with great details and enthusiasm. A blast!

This was an amazing experience. Chef ShaSha is gracious, informative and thorough in her preparation & execution. This was a birthday gift for my 13 year old granddaughter. We loved the mix of Skewered Antipasto Kabobs, Fettuccini Pasta made from scratch with delicious Alfredo sauce and authentic Italian Pignoli Cookies. We learned so much from Chef creating a cherished memory. Thank you Chef ShaSha!

I surprised my girlfriend with this class for our anniversary and she was thrilled! This was an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I have tried making homemade pasta many times in the past with little success. With the support of Chef ShaSha we made perfect fettuccine on the first try. Chef ShaSha was great company and I would recommend her to anyone looking to up their cooking game and have an excellent time with friends and/or family.

Chef ShaSha was incredible! I got the cooking class as a birthday gift for husband and we had so much fun. Chef Sha was absolutely amazing! I booked her for my one year anniversary, and tailored the menu to what I thought my boyfriend would enjoy. CHef Sha worked graciously with me to plan the perfect meal. She had prepared the most delicious Sicilian red sauce with sausage and beef braciole prior to coming to my apartment to make the rest of the meal. Once she arrived, we made caprese salad, lemon panna cotta, and the best part was the homemade fettucine!! She gave me and my boyfriend so many helpful tips in preparing food as well as presentation. I learned so much without feeling instructed. My boyfriend told me it was the best anniversary gift he has ever been given! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

Chef ShaSha was amazing! I purchased a private, in home cooking class for my parents as a (Mother's Day and dad's birthday) present. It was a wonderful experience. They made ravioli from scratch and Chef ShaSha brought all the supplies and ingredients. She was a patient teacher, allowing my family to participate as much or as little as they liked. My parents made a last minute addition, inviting two other guests and Chef ShaSha was most accommodating. She called ahead of time to make sure that the menu was everything we wanted and finalized details assuring us that everything was on track and ready to go. A relief for someone trying to coordinate from a few states away.
