Cooking Class - Kids' Pasta-Making 101


The kids will learn how to make authentic handmade pasta in this entertaining cooking class.
Explore the art of pasta-making in this hands-on cooking class for kids. Chef ShaSha will guide you by using fresh ingredients and authentic techniques to make a handful of kids' favorite dishes.
Begin by preparing colorful skewered kabobs filled with delicious meats, cheeses and fresh tomatoes. Next, select from handmade fettuccine or creamy macaroni and cheese to make from scratch. Add an optional charcuterie board with an assortment of fresh cheeses, dried fruits and bread to enjoy during class. For dessert, prepare crumbly Italian pinch cookies topped with rainbow sprinkles.
A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8-18.

This was an amazing experience. Chef ShaSha is gracious, informative and thorough in her preparation & execution. This was a birthday gift for my 13 year old granddaughter. We loved the mix of Skewered Antipasto Kabobs, Fettuccini Pasta made from scratch with delicious Alfredo sauce and authentic Italian Pignoli Cookies. We learned so much from Chef creating a cherished memory. Thank you Chef ShaSha!

We had a wonderful time with Chef ShaSha! She is a wealth of knowledge and very inviting as an instructor. We enjoyed learning new things and connecting over different food cultures world wide.
