Learn how to prepare ocean-fresh seafood in a variety of ways with Chef Deb.
If you enjoy seafood, you will love this guided cooking class with Chef Deb. Over three courses, she will teach you how to make a fish-focused meal inspired by the flavors and ingredients of Asia.
Start with shrimp spring rolls served with a spicy sauce, then learn how to prepare tea-rubbed codfish spiced with madras curry and served with mango coulis. Sides of steamed broccoli and vegetable rice will accompany your meal. For dessert, create homemade chocolate and coconut pot de crème paired with a homemade cardamom butter cookie.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
