In this hands-on class with Chef Katy, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet four-course brunch menu starring Japanese soufflé pancakes that tower above traditional American diner versions.
In addition to learning the secrets to preparing light and airy soufflé pancakes complete with fresh fruit and maple syrup, Chef Katy will also teach you how to prepare fresh frittatas studded with seasonal herbs, thick-cut bacon candied with brown sugar, and a gooey caramel banana bread pudding with pecans to end the class on a sweet note.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
