Cooking Class - Comforting Homemade Dumplings
In this dim sum-style class with Chef Katy, learn three basic dumpling-forming techniques from different countries while making two of the wrappers from scratch. Served with hot tea and dipping sauces, you'll be hosting your own dumpling party once you see how easily they come together.
The three-course class begins with preparing bright steamed fish and chive and spinach green jade dumplings, followed by savory pan-seared pork and shrimp gyoza with ginger, soy sauce and more. End the class on a sweet note with fried banana dumplings made with brown sugar.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
