In this hands-on class with Chef John, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Caribbean fusion menu using fresh ingredients, spices and an array of time-honored cooking techniques.
Learn how to prepare succulent lobster tail with fried yellow plantains and a seaweed salad before crafting jerk chicken that packs a wallop of herby, fiery and tangy flavors unlike anything else, served with an aromatic rice pilaf and sautéed collard greens. For dessert, Chef John will show you how to whip up scrumptious johnnycakes topped with green apples.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
