Cooking Class - The Peruvian Gathering
Chef Gustavo has a wealth of culinary knowledge that he is ready to share with you. Join him in the kitchen where he will showcase a variety of traditional Peruvian flavors and teach you how to integrate classic Peruvian ingredients into spectacular dishes full of exciting flavors.
Craft refreshing ceviche featuring fish of the day and spicy Habanero peppers, grill octopus to perfection and serve it with a tangy Kalamata olive aioli, and create one of Peru's most popular dishes: Lomo saltado, juicy flank steak stir-fried with a variety of vegetables and spices.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
