Learn how to perfectly cook a bistro-style Italian feast with Chef Deb.
When in Rome, eat like the Romans do. In this hands-on cooking class, you will get the chance to enjoy a three-course Italian meal inspired by Roman open-air bistros.
First, whet your palate with a sweet and savory pancetta and fig tartine. Then, you will learn to make herbed gnocchi or gnudi from scratch, which takes under an hour from start to finish, with citrus-infused seasonal mushrooms and asparagus tips. Finally, finish on a sweet note with a deconstructed tiramisu topped with berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
