In this hands-on class with Chef Shakti, you will learn how to prepare a four-course family friendly vegan dinner menu using fresh ingredients and a few seemingly magically vegan cooking techniques.
After beginning by building a kale salad tossed with fresh mango, avocado, sprouts, and a homemade dressing, you will learn how to prepare an incredible vegan potato gratin to rival its dairy-laden counterpart. You can also look forward to learning how to create layers of flavor in a vegan mushroom sauté as well as the secret to crafting a vegan cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
