Cooking Class - A Taste of Tokyo
Chef Sarah will introduce you to an enchanting and Tokyo-inspired four-course meal that is authentic and satisfying.
In this class, you will be creating classic Japanese plates that will take your taste buds on a tour of Tokyo. Start the night off with blistered shishito peppers that offer a distinctive taste you will bring out through the cooking process. Shrimp fried rice will accompany your mouthwatering miso-glazed salmon that may seem difficult to prepare, but you will easily cook it to perfection using the proper techniques. For dessert, try out honeydew sake pops!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
