Cooking Class - A French Dream Come True

In this hands-on class with Chef Kurt, you'll learn how to prepare a four-course French feast featuring classic dishes elevated by creative flavor profiles and presentations.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to learning include sumptuous crab cakes sided by a roasted red pepper coulis, and a champagne vinaigrette to add a little extra sparkle to your seared scallop salad studded with shimmering grapefruit segments. Chef Kurt will also teach you the knife skills to prepare scaloppine as well as how to torch a perfectly caramelized crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Kurt has built an impressive résumé. Chef Kurt has served as the executive chef of an upscale restaurant he also owned, has been a chef instructor teaching Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts classes at The Art Institute of California, and has served as the executive sous chef for Universal Studios. Chef Kurt is now a culinary consultant and instructor of many incredible cooking classes!
