Cooking Class - A French Dream Come True
In this hands-on class with Chef Kurt, you'll learn how to prepare a four-course French feast featuring classic dishes elevated by creative flavor profiles and presentations.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to learning include sumptuous crab cakes sided by a roasted red pepper coulis, and a champagne vinaigrette to add a little extra sparkle to your seared scallop salad studded with shimmering grapefruit segments. Chef Kurt will also teach you the knife skills to prepare scaloppine as well as how to torch a perfectly caramelized crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
