I grew up in the Canary Islands where my Mother taught me recipes from her ancestors. Years later I was stationed at a base that hosted a monthly Paella party. One day the Colonel told me, “You’d better learn how to make paella, because the private who cooks them is leaving and you’ll be in charge.” I perfected my craft on and off the base over the next few years. Since returning to civilian life in 1989, I have cooked paellas all over the world, for friends, family and clients.

Spanish Paella is certainly one of my favorite dishes and I have taken many Spanish Paella cooking classes for different occasions. This was one of the best so far. Chef Pino is a great chef and entertainer and his food is delicious. In the end, you learn how to make good and really authentic Spanish Paella. Anyone who is looking for a fun and entertaining cooking class in Los Angeles, I can certainly recommend this class.
