Chef Laura discovered her love of baking at a very young age. Originally from France, she attended Ecole Camondo with a Architecture and Design degree, and later opened her own design company. Inspired by le choux à la crème (french cream puffs), Chef Laura opened a cream puff bakery located in San Francisco's Lower Haight neighborhood. The bakery offers 12 delicious and unique flavors.
