I have been passionate about food and nutrition my whole life. I've traveled worldwide, working at a biodynamic farm in Australia and studying with Mayan healers in Belize. I studied health and nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley. My cooking philosophy emphasizes the use of whole, local, organic foods to provide the body with the vital nutrients and minerals needed to stay healthy and prevent disease. I use 100% organic ingredients, and regularly prepare both gluten-free and paleo meals.
