Chef Nick

Chef Nick was a great host/teacher. The experience was amazing and we had an amazing time. We made pasta carbonara, focaccia bread, delicious salad, and dessert. Every step Nick was there to walk us through with advice but we did everything ourselves. The meal at the end was incredible and I would highly recommend chef Nick and his class to anyone!

Very hands-on and personable, a great way to learn!

We made focaccia, carbonara, salad, and tiramisu with Chef Nick with my family in our home. He was very friendly and did a nice job walking us through the entire meal. He’s a great guy! We would highly recommend him.

It was awesome! Nick was so helpful and on top of things, and at the same time laid back and hands off, we got to do everything! And it was DELICIOUS. So much fun and such a good time. Super personable and clearly knowledgeable.

My girlfriend and I took an Italian cooking class with Chef Nick, and it was a fantastic experience. As beginners, we were a little nervous, but Chef Nick made us feel completely at ease. He never made us feel inexperienced or out of place, instead, he guided us patiently without taking over, and let us truly learn by doing. His personality was upbeat, fun, and encouraging, and to top it all off, the food came out amazing. Highly recommend taking a class with him!

Chef Nick provided an amazing cooking class experience that was both relaxed and fully involved. All dishes were made completely from scratch, which is daunting for two very beginner cooks, however, Chef Nick is a phenomenal teacher. The food was incredible! We recommend this experience to anyone interested in a complex (but beginner-friendly) cooking experience!

This cooking experience with Chef Nick was one of the most amazing hands-on experiences we have had! We had the one of a kind opportunity to cook in a commercial kitchen and practice some delicious recipes! Chef Nick made us feel super empowered by allowing us to do a lot of it hands on! We enjoyed the conversations and not only learnt some new recipes but also learnt better knife skills! The other highlight for me personally was learning how to debone a chicken for the first time! Chef Nick was super kind to share lots of great his tips and ticks! We highly recommend experiencing this with Chef Nick, and cannot wait to come back again!

A lot of fun!

Our experience with Chef Nick was absolutely great. He showed up right when expected and had everything needed for a successful cooking experience. Throughout the night he taught us little tricks while walking us through all the recipes. Everything went well and we would suggest anyone to leverage Chef Nick for a night of cooking!

Nick was an excellent teacher and shared great culinary tips to educate us at every step in the process. The menu was delicious and unique! It was a pleasure to learn from him and to celebrate an event together. Highly recommend him!
