It's always a good time for an Italian feast, and this in-person cooking class from Chef Nick will show you how it's done. Discover the secrets to creating a selection of familiar favorites, prepared with a healthy serving of pizzazz!
Your course in fabulous Italian flavor begins with homemade focaccia flavored with fresh herbs, followed by an arugula salad peppered with cherry tomatoes and dressed with a zesty lemon vinaigrette. Learn to prepare an authentic spaghetti carbonara, and finally, whip up a decadent dark chocolate tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nick did not disappoint. We enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. He has a great personality which accompanied his ability to make a crazy delicious meal. We learned quite a lot and may attempt the same meal ourselves someday. Cheers to a great night!

He externed in Italy where he worked on a farm, attended cooking school and worked in a restaurant, all before returning to Boston. After a stint selling importing gourmet ingredients, he began teaching others the culinary arts. Now, Chef Nick is busy catering, teaching and expanding his own culinary empire.
