Casey has an obvious passion for cooking, he answered several questions for us and was an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with. He prompted us to be hands on (We did the cooking) under his expert supervision of course. He gave us a ton of info regarding herbs and their uses with different dishes, as well as offering several cooking tips and tricks. We would highly recommend Casey for a private or group event.

I have had the opportunity to enjoy Casey's meals, and they have all been amazing! He is clearly passionate about the food he creates and the ingredients he uses.
