Master sushi rice and roll two classics: California and tuna cucumber sushi rolls.

Get ready to roll like your favorite sushi spot in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jesse. You’ll learn the core techniques behind two classic sushi rolls, starting with perfectly seasoned sticky rice that holds together beautifully. Once your rice is ready, you’ll spread it onto sheets of nori and build a California roll filled with crab meat, avocado and cucumber.

Then, create a fresh tuna and cucumber roll for a second style to master. Chef Jesse will share easy rolling and slicing tips so your sushi looks clean, tastes incredible and is ready to enjoy right away.
