Chef Greg is extremely skilled as a chef and great to work with. He is very professional and has an incredible amount of knowledge. Learning from him is really interesting. He explains techniques thoroughly and teaches really great tips and tricks that he has learned throughout his years as a chef in great restaurants. His food is beautiful and very interesting as well. I highly recommend Chef Greg for your next cooking class!
