Chef Greg teaches you his professional chef secrets for making authentic French recipes in this interactive cooking class. With this technique-based menu, you'll focus on approaches like roasting, caramelizing and slicing.
First, work on your caramelization skills as you prepare onions for the onion soup toast with gruyère and oxtail stock. Next, practice knife skills as you prepare a fresh salad with radishes, avocado and herbs. Then, learn how to roast a lamb rack to perfection and create a potato and onion ragout, followed by a seasonal fruit trifle for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
