In this interactive cooking class with Chef Greg, you'll learn how to make a fresh meal inspired by both California and French ingredients and flair. As you cook, Chef Greg will teach you French cooking techniques for perfecting each dish.
You'll begin with sun-dried and sun gold tomato tartare, followed by a madai crudo with crispy rice and crème fraîche. Next, you'll learn how to poach ocean trout, which you'll serve with fingerling potatoes, Castelvetrano olives, garlic confit and sea beans. End by preparing a sweet-and-tangy Meyer lemon tart.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
