Chef Greg invites you to have a bit of fun with steakhouse fare in this interactive cooking class. Together, you'll prepare several steakhouse favorites with upscale gourmet twists.
You'll start by preparing a blooming onion, which takes more skill than you may imagine, and creamed kale with coconut milk and crunchy black pepper crumble. For the main dish, you'll learn how to pan roast beef tenderloin served with a red wine shallot tart. Finally, end with a decadent chocolate mousse swirled with salted caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
