Chef Tova is great! She has a lot of experience teaching classes and you can definitely tell when you're working with her. She explains techniques and methods thoroughly and is happy to answer any questions along the way. She is also very experienced in the kitchen and her food is interesting and fun. I highly recommend Chef Tova for anyone in the NYC area.
