Chef Adam gave us a wonderful experience in his beautiful kitchen. As a frequent at home cook, I’ve learned a lot over the years, but Adam came strong with lots of tips and techniques that I didn’t know. His vast experience was on full display. The food we cooked was absolutely delicious and easily accessible for people of all cooking levels. The experience was educational, entertaining and fun. My wife and I look forward to doing it again and bringing with us our friends and family.

Relaxed time making delicious food with Chef Adam. Adam was a very knowledgeable chef and had lots of helpful information about the process of making "great" pasta. His kitchen was a perfect space, and our food was really delicious. Totally enjoyed the evening.

This class was absolutely fun from the start. I have to confess that we didn't know what to expect but the chef explained everything to us very well. The chef's kitchen is perfect, he made us feel at home from the first moment. we feel very comfortable. We made a lot of pizzas, we learned a lot and we had a spectacular dinner. This was the best Valentine's gift, a fabulous experience with a chef with incredible experience. highly recommended.

Chef Adam is amazing at what he does and it was such a pleasure working with him. You should be so lucky to take one of Adam's classes. It was such an enjoyable and informative experience. Really more than just a cooking class. He was so patient and understanding, he really made me feel so at ease in the kitchen and super excited about cooking. He drew in my kids as well because they could hear the genuine excitement and kindness in his voice. We made really delicious food and I learned SO MUCH, not least about making the food. He is a a true chef and is able to convey his love and passion for food and all its glory - its history, preparing it, serving it, everything. He was somehow able to ignite a passion for the same in me. I really look forward to doing it again.
