Let Chef Adam introduce you to the wonders of homemade pasta in this hands-on cooking class. Join him and he'll teach you how to assemble a traditional Italian dinner made with modern culinary flair.
Prepare a classic Italian soup with pasta, beans and tomatoes before crafting handmade pasta filled with a blend of lobster, mushrooms and creamy ricotta. You'll also sauté greens and give them a chili pepper kick and whip up a chocolate tiramisu for a dessert straight out of Italy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
