Cooking Class - Asian-American Fusion Cuisine


Discover fusion fare that combines favorites from Asian cuisine and American cuisine with Chef Adam.
The menu for this hands-on cooking class is based on Asian recipes that evolved in America as immigrants adapted to cooking away from their homeland. Chef Adam will teach you how to prepare a variety of dishes that have emerged from the Asian-American fusion scene.
First, you'll prepare an umami-packed miso soup from scratch. For the entrée, you'll prepare two different Asian-American dishes: San Francisco-style garlic noodles peppered with Parmesan and scallions, and orange-infused stir-fried chicken with peppers and peanuts. For dessert, whip up mango pudding topped with toasted coconut.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Adam is amazing at what he does and it was such a pleasure working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of cuisine and was able to teach me so many things that I had not ever known before. His food is beautiful and he goes very in depth to explain how different ingredients and cooking techniques change and elevate food. I strongly recommend chef Adam for anyone who is looking to learn a lot and have a five star dining experience!
