Learn how to make authentic sushi rolls in this introductory sushi-making class.

This hands-on sushi-making class for beginners is perfect for those wanting to learn how to expertly prepare sushi from scratch. Chef Adam will teach you how to slice ingredients and offer tips on how to create a tight roll.

You'll learn these sushi-making skills in real time as you prepare several types of fresh rolls together. Begin by making a Japanese-style miso soup, then prepare the rice and make tuna rolls with chili and salmon rolls with avocado and cucumber. For dessert, you'll bake black and white sesame cookies.

So well organized, beautiful space, delicious meal. Adam did a great job making my 14yo and I feel capable of creating a full meal that was completely new to us.
