Cooking Class - Sushi Making for Beginners

This hands-on sushi-making class for beginners is perfect for those wanting to learn how to expertly prepare sushi from scratch. Chef Adam will teach you how to slice ingredients and offer tips on how to create a tight roll.
You'll learn these sushi-making skills in real time as you prepare several types of fresh rolls together. Begin by making a Japanese-style miso soup, then prepare the rice and make tuna rolls with chili and salmon rolls with avocado and cucumber. For dessert, you'll bake black and white sesame cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time & made some superb sushi! Chef Adam is very knowledgeable & was kind enough to provide us with the recipe cards so that we can attempt to remake this meal ourselves. Great for any occasion!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time learning how to make sushi from Adam! Not only was the class a lot of fun, it was very informative about the sushi techniques which were very interesting! We will definitely come back and try another class with Adam!
