Explore traditional Italian fare with a New York twist in this class with Chef Adam.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll prepare a menu inspired by Italian fare served in many New York City restaurants. These simple yet technique-driven recipes are distinctly Italian in origin but have been adapted to New York City's tastes.
Chef Adam will be your guide as you mix an escarole and radicchio salad with walnuts, pears and gorgonzola, and mix, roll and cook fresh potato gnocchi with sage. You'll also learn expert techniques to roast a whole fish to flaky perfection, and prepare a creamy chocolate budino pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Had the best time learning from and cooking with Adam. My boyfriend and I had a great time and the food was amazing. Adam went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone!

I took my Daughter and her friend to Chef Adam’s sushi making class. Chef Adam was amazing. He explained the recipes and the processes thoroughly. He was extremely patient and his instructions we right on point. The food was delicious. We had the best time. We are already talking about what class we can take next with Chef Adam. I would highly recommend this class or any other that Chef Adam teaches. He is very professional.

We had a great time & made some superb sushi! Chef Adam is very knowledgeable & was kind enough to provide us with the recipe cards so that we can attempt to remake this meal ourselves. Great for any occasion!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time learning how to make sushi from Adam! Not only was the class a lot of fun, it was very informative about the sushi techniques which were very interesting! We will definitely come back and try another class with Adam!

Chef Adam is amazing at what he does and it was such a pleasure working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of cuisine and was able to teach me so many things that I had not ever known before. His food is beautiful and he goes very in depth to explain how different ingredients and cooking techniques change and elevate food. I strongly recommend chef Adam for anyone who is looking to learn a lot and have a five star dining experience!

You should be so lucky to take one of Adam's classes. It was such an enjoyable and informative experience. Really more than just a cooking class. He was so patient and understanding, he really made me feel so at ease in the kitchen and super excited about cooking. He drew in my kids as well because they could hear the genuine excitement and kindness in his voice. We made really delicious food and I learned SO MUCH, not least about making the food. He is a a true chef and is able to convey his love and passion for food and all its glory - its history, preparing it, serving it, everything. He was somehow able to ignite a passion for the same in me. I really look forward to doing it again.
