The absolute BEST meal I’ve ever had! Chef Eleazar was so knowledgeable-from the culture of the meal to how to break it down into simpler steps; he provided such a fun learning experience and I can’t wait to schedule our next class with him.

I was such a pleasure to take a class from Chef Eleazar! He has such a warm, friendly personality that makes you feel welcome. Once he started cooking, it was clear that he knows a lot about the history and tradition of each dish that he demonstrated. It might seem strange, but knowing the culture and geography of the food you are eating can actually make it taste better! I very much enjoyed my time with Chef Eleazar and I would highly recommend his classes.
