Join Chef Eleazar on a journey through the streets of Paris in this culinary experience.
In this hands-on class with Chef Eleazar, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Parisian menu using fresh ingredients commonly found in the city's best street markets.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a silky potato and leek bisque featuring crème fraîche, a gourmet steak au poivre gently draped with a brandy cream sauce, and perfectly chewy and crispy crêpes filled with fresh blueberries and gussied up with Cointreau honey, toasted hazelnuts, and vanilla cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The absolute BEST meal I’ve ever had! Chef Eleazar was so knowledgeable-from the culture of the meal to how to break it down into simpler steps; he provided such a fun learning experience and I can’t wait to schedule our next class with him.

I was such a pleasure to take a class from Chef Eleazar! He has such a warm, friendly personality that makes you feel welcome. Once he started cooking, it was clear that he knows a lot about the history and tradition of each dish that he demonstrated. It might seem strange, but knowing the culture and geography of the food you are eating can actually make it taste better! I very much enjoyed my time with Chef Eleazar and I would highly recommend his classes.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Eleazar knows just how to achieve that delicate balance. His impressive background includes graduating from the culinary school at the Art Institute of Houston, and working in the kitchens of numerous restaurants.
