Take a culinary tour through tantalizing Italian classics made from scratch with classic ingredients.

Prepare your palette for a flavorful international adventure during this interactive cooking class with Chef Robert! He will take you on a tour of Italy and show you how to prepare delectable Italian classics, all from scratch.

Begin class with a playful take on a traditional Italian snack, composed of Honeycrisp apples, topped with arugula wrapped in prosciutto and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Then, learn how to make your own handmade pasta dough to craft fresh fettuccine topped with juicy meatballs, and a sumptuously simple spinach and cheese ravioli. End the adventure with a rich dessert of ricotta, honey and berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
