I would definitely do this again! My wife and I had a great time. Chef Robert taught us a lot about how to cook authentic Italian food like meatballs and fettucine pasta from scratch. We had a lot of fun and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to do on a date night with their significant other.

The pasta making course was fun, entertaining, and informative. You’ll make mistakes, but you’ll learn the correct way to craft the noodle. The process is tough but suck it up, it’s all about the experience. We booked this as a date, and couldn’t of been more happy. The dessert was my favorite. The speed, Ingredients, and the proficiency was delicious. I would do this over again in a heart beat. Super clean kitchen, organized flow of process, and exceptional conversation. The environment was meticulous and inviting.

We had a wonderful time learning to cook fettucine and meatballs from scratch with Chef Robert. He taught the class in such a way that I am confident I can make this meal at home on my own. Chef Robert made the class a lot of fun! The food was so delicious! I loved the fettucine, the sauce, the meatballs, the Merlot cheese, and the ricotta dessert. Bring wine and you will have an even more amazing dinner! The next day we shared leftovers with my mom and she now wants to take the class! I highly recommend this Italian cooking class with Chef Robert!

Chef Robert is a talented chef who had training in Italy learning things such as homemade pasta making. He has a sense of humor that makes his classes very enjoyable to be a part of. A great piece of advice I learned from him was to invest in several cookbooks and try new things! He gave me the confidence I needed to explore more in the kitchen.
