Join Chef Eleazar and discover there's so much more to Sichuan cuisine than incendiary ingredients.
In this hands-on class with Chef Eleazar, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Sichuan region of China as you learn how to prepare an exotic three-course menu using traditional Sichuan ingredients and cooking techniques.
You'll begin by creating the symphony of tangy, sour, spicy, and umami Sichuan flavors in an authentic hot and sour soup. Then, you'll prepare a Chinese takeout favorite complete with tender chicken, crunchy roasted peanuts, and a spicy, savory sauce coating each and every bite. For dessert, you'll quell the fire with a refreshing mango mousse.
