Chef Pamela’s love for cooking continued to grow and after much encouragement from family and friends, she started her own catering business. If I could rate Chef Pamela 100 stars, I would! Not only was she informative, but she was so warm, encouraging and passionate about her craft. Her energy alone deserves the highest rating, but the FOOD. Wow. The ingredients all seemed simple enough but the way she put everything together was out of this world. If you had any reservations about booking, treat yourself and book with Chef Pamela. Thank you for what you do Pamela!!
