Discover a sumptuous and savory brunch menu prepared in classic and coastal Gullah Geechee fashion.
In this hands-on class with Chef Pamela, you will learn how to prepare a remarkable four-course brunch menu using the traditional ingredients and cooking techniques of Gullah Geechee cuisine — the South's best-kept secret.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your repertoire in this class include an oyster stew teeming with fresh vegetables, a shrimp and tada salad that encompasses the essence of Gullah cuisine, salmon croquettes and gravy, and a garlic cheese grit casserole made with stone grits and three different cheeses.

Her energy alone deserves the highest rating, but the FOOD. Wow. The ingredients all seemed simple enough but the way she put everything together was out of this world.
