Small teams compete against one another using one secret ingredient: Welcome to Chef Caleb's Chef's Table competition.
This exciting team building culinary experience is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for passionate food lovers to show their chops in a fun, fast-paced kitchen environment. Team members will work together to create a menu using one secret ingredient and compete against other teams to earn the title of best chefs.
Chef Caleb will give demonstrations on the process of butchering chicken and fish, and offer other professional tips along the way so competing chefs will take home a little insider knowledge and some great new recipes too. Chef Caleb offers an exceptional teamwork experience that everyone is sure to remember and enjoy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Caleb has a great personality and I instantly liked him. He is from Louisiana and has an enveloping passion for the food of his home state and the fusion of French/Creole cuisine. Highlights were the cast iron blackened fish, and the strawberry clafoutis, both of which were incredibly delicious and very easy to make. I look forward to trying more food with Chef Caleb!
