We had an incredible experience in the cooking class with Chef Emmanuelle! Isabel, Annette, and Juan all left the class feeling inspired, full, and genuinely impressed. Chef Emmanuelle’s teaching skills are exceptional—she explains each step clearly, keeps the class engaging, and makes even complex techniques feel approachable. Her passion for cooking really shines through, and she creates such a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. The menu was absolutely delicious. The fiery scampi had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the seafood medley was fresh, beautifully prepared, and incredibly satisfying. We also loved learning how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch—it was such a fun and rewarding experience, and Chef guided us through it with patience and expertise. Every dish we made tasted like something from a high-end restaurant. We would highly recommend this class to friends and anyone looking to sharpen their cooking skills while having a great time. We’re already looking forward to taking more classes with Chef Emmanuelle in the future!

What a fun experience. Chef Chris taught us many techniques to make a successful pasta. We made a delicious bruschetta, Caesar salad with homemade dressing, Homemade croutons, Bolognese sauce to go with our pasta, which was simple and so delicious. Then topped it off with homemade gelato. If you want a fun Experience and learn several cooking techniques. I recommend Chef Chris.

My husband and I had so much fun cooking together with Chef Chris! We made mandu, bulgogi chicken, spam kimchi fried rice, fried zucchini, and three types of bonchon with cucumbers and potatoes, along with lettuce cups and dipping sauce. Everything was delicious. This is a great class for beginners.

We made a fresh salad with Dijon Vinaigrette, Garlic Roasted Asparagus, Soupe D'Oignon Gratinee, Pommes Duchesse, Beef Bourguignon and Apple Tarte Tatin. We had a great time cooking and enjoying our meal. It was a wonderful way to spend a date night. Chef Luna was great!!!!

10 out of 10 experience that I highly recommend! We attended the Italian class with the bruschetta, chicken marsala, mushroom risotto and tiramisu . The food was delicious and it was so fun cooking it! Emmanuelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave excellent cooking tips and we had leftovers! I will for sure be back for another lesson to learn a new cuisine!

We did the fresh pasta cooking class!!!! It was absolutely fabulous! I do a lot of cooking but Chef Christian taught me better ways to make my Italian dishes! Highly recommend him and will be doing a lot more classes with him! Very patient, wonderful personality!!!!

We learned to cook Indian curry and naan bread. What a great experience. Chef Emmanuella was super knowledgeable and helpful. She gave advice but also allowed us freedom to make the dish our own. Adding whichever spices we wanted. While we were waiting for other guests to arrive she taught us proper knife skills and cutting techniques. She kept our attention and allowed us to be the chefs. Our experience was very pleasant.

Had an amazing time with Chef Emmanuelle. She made us feel right at home with all the jokes that were said and would join in from time to time. Made it truly feel cozy. One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

Chef William invited us to his lovely home and accommodated me and 12 or so of my friends for my wife's birthday. Even though there was a lot of us, everyone who wanted to participate could. Like everyone else said in the comments, he was very knowledge and provided several tips throughout the night to improve your cooking, preparation and cleaning skills. The food was delicious and the pot de creme was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I highly recommend booking Chef William!

Working with Chef Chris was a wonderful experience! His teaching skills and verbal instructions were clear and easy to follow. He made us feel comfortable when asking questions or asking for a repeat demonstration. Chef Chris explained his choice of kitchen tools and appliances and it’s use in our food prep. All foods used in our meal were pre-packaged, labeled and ready to use. Lastly, Chef Chris’ kitchen and working space was clean, uncluttered and well-organized. We’ve taken many food classes over the years and he is exceptional! We look forward to our next class with Chef Chris when we return to Las Vegas.
