We loved the Moroccan cooking class with Chef Washington. Cooking a few things we had never cooked before. Chef had all of the ingredients prepared so the class would flowed well and quick, allowing enough time to sit and enjoy what we cooked while we chatted with the others in the class and Chef. Would recommend 100%!

While on vacation, my family took the Japanese comfort food cooking class with Jane. It was such a fun and relaxing time, and the way she ran the class really helped to foster connection. We had such a good time together while learning. She included a little food from her home country, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

We made Japanese style ramen with tempura vegetables and squid. We also got to try Lumpia (Chef Jane’s own delicious recipe). We made honeydew fruit jelly, as well as panna cota. It felt like eating luxury food at an old friends home. Chef Jane was so welcoming and kind! Thank you!
