Chef Jamie kindly welcomed us into her home and provided a comfortable environment to experiment with flavors and enjoy developing a 3 course meal. This was a great date night activity that left us with tips and tricks we can bring into our own kitchen. Chef Jamie is a well seasoned professional whose expertise and sense of humor made for a fun evening in the kitchen. Thanks Chef!

Chef Ken was great-had a relaxed easygoing but professional manner. He came with everything he needed short of a blender which we provided for and assorted pots/pans. We learned a lot-and were put to work in a fun voluntary manner..our groups got their hands dirty from time to time but Ken also cooked/kept things moving forward as we were also catching up while watching/learning. I was impressed by the time saving use of the blender and various shortcuts learned to save time/effort that provided delicious results! Chef Ken taught us how easy some of these dishes were to make-incredible arancini in a marinara sauce, a fantastic Caesar salad w homemade dressing, homemade gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and delicious homemade cannoli w chocolate chip ricotta filling! He did a great job of passing tips and tricks along the way.. Our group learned a lot and agreed we would like to recreate some of these dishes at home again. I would recommend working w Chef Ken for your next cooking lesson/dinner party!

We had a fantastic time with chef Kenneth. He helped us prepare a delicious meal and we learned a lot. He is also great with kids. We planned the event for my middle school aged son who loves cooking and he had a blast. 10/10 will definetly book again. Thank you!

Chef Jamie is very personable and professional, overall an awesome host! She provided a well structured learning environment and guided us through our cooking experience with care. I had a special menu request and she was able to compromise with my selections, within reason, by suggesting healthy alternative options that we loved. Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaime’s Home We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertops—perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision. Chef Jaime’s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued. Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience. Chef Denis Williams truly delivered an unforgettable dining experience right to my doorstep! From the moment he stepped into my apartment, his warmth and expertise set the stage for an enchanting evening. The Lord of the Rings-themed 3-course meal he prepared was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing his talent and creativity. We had a fantastic time with this experience. Chef Kavitha was able to accommodate us in our tiny Brooklyn kitchen and came with all the supplies she needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the cuisine and was able to answer a lot of questions, and we learned a ton. The food was also delicious and it was fun to try to cook our own dosas.

Chef Kymberly was the perfect choice for my wife's surprise 30th birthday! She led all 18 of us in a dynamic 4-course cuisine of Asian flavors. She was fun, engaging, a great instructor, and she was overall great. It was clear that she has a passion for cooking and also that she is very knowledgeable and experienced. We definitely recommend her and will book again.

Dinner with chef lamour was terrific. She was friendly, helpful, very interesting and the food was amazing! The only thing I would say is that this was more of a private chef dinner as opposed to a cooking class. We helped somewhat with preparation and lamour certainly answered any questions we had and gave us various tips, but it was less of a class than we expected. This is not meant as a negative as we had an absolutely wonderful evening! Just Putting it out there so folks know what to expect.

Chef Kymberly was a fantastic and fun engagement for a surprise dinner at home. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and excellent at making every part of the experience special. She answered all of our curious questions and came well-prepared for our time. And the food was perfect! Tasty, new, and exciting with every plating, we could not believe this food came out of our own kitchen.
