Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. My girlfriend and I had a great time learning from chef stephen as he guided us on how to make pasta from scratch. He was very responsive in answering any questions we had and he’s very knowledgeable. Loved that it was truly made on our own, chef may verbally have given advice but he was not over involved, really let us do it which was nice. The bruschetta and tiramisu which already comes prepared was delicious. Would be fun to learn how to make those as well, but had a great experience overall also cooking the past and making the sauce and extra toppings ourselves. Would highly recommend!
