Cooking Class - Simple and Fresh Mediterranean
In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Mediterranean-style menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and simple cooking techniques to maximize the freshness and flavor of every dish.
Chef Andrew will begin by teaching you how prepare a protein and flavor-packed Mediterranean quinoa salad. Then, you will create a colorful and vibrant homemade Mediterranean salsa to accompany your perfectly pan-seared salmon for your entrée. Lastly, you will learn how to create a chocolate pizza dough from scratch for a fun dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
