In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to prepare a three-course dinner menu featuring a simple trick for putting a lighter spin on a classic comfort food dish: chicken Alfredo.
After learning how to build complementary flavors and textures in a crave-worthy mixed green salad, Chef Andrew will show you how to pull off some culinary alchemy and transform the humble spaghetti squash into tender tangles of spaghetti. You'll also prepare a homemade Alfredo sauce that will have you tossing the jarred stuff for good.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
