Why settle for a recipe when you can learn to make it straight from the Chef in a live cooking class? Chef Stephen traveled to Frascati, Italy, to learn the secrets of perfect pasta and now shares them with you in this intimate, hands-on culinary experience where authenticity meets technique.

Begin with crisp, vibrant bruschetta to start your Italian journey. Then dive into the main event: a masterclass in handmade pasta where you are the chef. Learn the authentic pasta making technique mastered abroad as you craft fresh pasta dough from scratch and prepare traditional sauces using time-honored methods. Finish with the chef's signature whipped tiramisù for a sweet ending. You'll leave with skills to create "fatto a mano" ("made by hand") pasta at home. Reserve your spot today and taste the difference!

My girlfriend and I had a great time learning from chef stephen as he guided us on how to make pasta from scratch. He was very responsive in answering any questions we had and he’s very knowledgeable. Loved that it was truly made on our own, chef may verbally have given advice but he was not over involved, really let us do it which was nice. The bruschetta and tiramisu which already comes prepared was delicious. Would be fun to learn how to make those as well, but had a great experience overall also cooking the past and making the sauce and extra toppings ourselves. Would highly recommend!
