Booked the class Handmade Pasta: Fatto a Mano with Chef Stephen in Miami
We made homemade pasta and it was a 10/10 experience. Stephen was very knowledgeable and awesome to learn from. Would definitely recommend this class!

My girlfriend and I had a great time learning from chef stephen as he guided us on how to make pasta from scratch. He was very responsive in answering any questions we had and he’s very knowledgeable. Loved that it was truly made on our own, chef may verbally have given advice but he was not over involved, really let us do it which was nice. The bruschetta and tiramisu which already comes prepared was delicious. Would be fun to learn how to make those as well, but had a great experience overall also cooking the past and making the sauce and extra toppings ourselves. Would highly recommend!

The Pibo catering experience is amazing, the food is top quality and delicious, I enjoyed every dish I had. Beautiful presentation and very appealing to the eye.

Been able to try the food in more than one opportunity and it never disappoints. I especially appreciate the thoughtful and balanced addition of Caribbean and Latin American taste into several of the meals I tried

Dietary needs were handled without confusion. We had vegetarian and gluten free guests, and everyone felt included. That mattered to us.

Great service, delicious food... Fully recommended!

Chef Stephen prepared a fantastic dinner at my house in celebration of my husband’s 30th birthday. The private dining experience felt like we were at a fine dining restaurant in the comfort of our own home. We were able to enjoy a full 3 course meal with a bottle of our favorite sparkling drink. Every dish he presented looked and tasted amazing! By the end, I didn’t want it to be over because of how delicious the food was! I have also had the pleasure to use their catering services at a bridal shower. The food and presentation was phenomenal! I would recommend him to any family, friend, or coworker!
