Chef Erick and his assistants did an amazing job guiding us. We made a delicious NY strip steak with an olive tapenade, sautéed shrimp, small roasted potatoes and an absolutely delicious Panna cotta. We had such a fun and informative time and learned some skills which will be very handy. Can’t wait sign up for more classes! Thanks Chef Erick and staff!

This was my first time booking a cooking class and I absolutely loved it! Chef Erick and Chef Dagny were such great hosts. The chefs were super nice and very helpful. This was such a wonderful experience. Chef Vivian and Michi are such a wonderful couple with a life time of great stories. The food my girlfriend and I learned how to make was delicious and filling. We still talk about how great of an experience it was. Chef Vivian and Michi were great teachers, because of them we feel comfortable making these dishes on our own. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great experience you’ll never forget.

Vivian and Michi where absolutely WONDERFUL! I cannot sing their praises high enough. Fun, funny, and created a wonderfully delicious and simple meal that my wife will task me with for many years to come. We cooked a delicious 3 course meal and the cook tja teaches us was very nice, funny and excellent. However it was not the cook that was advertised even though he was great. The class was a lot of fun a d the food tasted great but we had to eat standing as no chairs were allowed? After we finished eating we wanted to enjoy the rest of our wine but were asked to leave immediately since they had to close the store.
