This was my first mixology class (virtual or otherwise) and I didn't really know what to expect-- but we had a great time, and all three cocktails were delicious! The whole lesson was really well paced and easy to follow. Anthony was so funny and offered such great insights into the ingredients, how to balance the flavors, and how to adjust a strong cocktail to suit your tastes. A fantastic way to spend an evening!

Professor Baker continues to make mixology classes fun and informative! This was my fourth class with him and I love the mix of history, ingredient substitution ideas, and well-balanced recipes. He is a gem. I’m jokingly telling my family that I’m close to earning my mixology degree from him—just wish I could actually shake his hand in real life.
