Please prep fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice and simple syrup beforehand. This will save you a lot of time during the class! Simple syrup can either be purchased or made at home using the following steps: Add a half cup of sugar and a half cup of water to a pot. Put on a medium flame and stir until the sugar crystals fully dissolve. If you like, you can put your simple syrup in the fridge to cool down before class.
