During this live and interactive online mixology class with Mixologist Anthony, you will learn three different mimosa recipes that will broaden your sparkling cocktail repertoire and help you celebrate your best brunch or celebration ever. Some of the mimosa recipes you can look forward to mastering include a creamsicle-inspired mimosa with a touch of vanilla, an elegantly simple piña colada mimosa showcasing the versatile flavors of pineapple and coconut, and more!

Ingredients


3 strawberries
Simple syrup, 2 oz
Orange juice, 2 oz
Pineapple juice, 2 oz
Vanilla extract
Malibu coconut liqueur, 1 oz
Prosecco or Champagne, 16 oz
Bucket of ice
Orange slices for garnish, optional
Pineapple wedges or leaves for garnish, optional

Three Champagne glasses


Prep Work Details

Please prep orange juice and simple syrup beforehand. This will save you a lot of time during class. Simple syrup can either be purchased or made at home using the following steps: Add a half cup of sugar and a half cup of water to a pot. Put on a medium flame and stir until the sugar crystals fully dissolve. If you like, you can put your simple syrup in the fridge to cool down before class.
