Online Mixology Class - A Twist on Negroni Cocktails

Virtually join Mixologist Anthony on a journey to master classic Negroni cocktails.

During this online cocktail-making class, Mixologist Anthony will help you master three Negroni cocktails fit for any party or a fun evening at home. First, you'll handcraft a tart Negroni sour with lemon, Campari and sweet vermouth. Next, dive into creating a sophisticated Negroni Tom Collins using Campari, sweet vermouth and soda. For your final cocktail, mix up the infamous Negroni 75 with gin, Campari, sweet vermouth and sparkling wine.

Ingredients


One whole orange for garnishing
Simple syrup, 3 oz
Fresh lemon juice, 2 oz
Campari, 3 oz
Sweet vermouth, 3 oz
Gin, 8 oz
Club soda, 4 oz
Prosecco or Champagne, 6 oz
Bucket of ice
Egg white, optional

Kitchen Equipment


Cocktail shaker or jar with lid
Jigger or shot glass
Three drinking glasses
One Champagne flute


Prep Work Details

Please prep fresh lemon juice and simple syrup beforehand. This will save you time during class! Simple syrup can either be purchased or made at home using the following steps: Add a half cup of sugar and a half cup of water to a pot. Put on a medium flame and stir until the sugar crystals fully dissolve. If you like, you can put your simple syrup in the fridge to cool down before class.
